Ingredients

1 cup moong dal (lentils)
1 cup rice
1/2 tsp salt
Ghee (clarified butter) for garnish
Directions
Wash the lentils and rice together with plain water
Put in pressure with 2 1/2 cups water and salt
Put it on high flame for 10mins and low flame for 5 mins
Serve hot with a tsp of ghee
